The Arms of the Black-and-Gold Lance

To all and sundry whom these presents do or may concern: the Herald of Arms of the Company of the Lynx Argent hereby issues a Grant of Arms to the Black-and-Gold Lance. These arms are to be borne by members of the Lance acting on its behalf, by those who have not yet their own arms, or by any member of the Lance who chooses to represent the Lance or their membership thereof. Therefore let Arms be granted to the Black-and-Gold Lance with the following blazon:

The Black-and-Gold Lance is the Lynx Argent's largest and most active lance, and they are centrally located in the Oklahoma City area. The Black-and-Gold Lance is the primary driver and host for lots of Company events, including La Campaigne and War Camp. They are a very cohesive group as well, and do a lot of extracurricular meetings such as armored runs, workshops, and social hangouts.

They train HEMA out of Cymbrogi School of Western Martial Arts in Moore, OK where Sir Ryan is the harnischfechten instructor and Dame Caelyn is a longsword instructor. Harnischfechten classes at Cymbrogi are Sundays at 6 PM, and the school has HEMA classes five days a week otherwise.

Additionally, Sir Ryan runs an armor workshop in his garage in Moore every Thursday starting at 6:30 PM, where people can come bring their armor to do maintenance, tailoring, or building from scratch. He shares his tools and expertise and helps people get in the kit they want. There is no fee for coming to Ryan's Workshop, just bring your armor pieces and a willingness to learn. Per bend Argent and Azure, in chief a cross patonce Azure and in base three towers Argent.

The Company of the Lynx Argent does hereby recognize Sir Ryan Hetchler as the Herald of the Company, and is a Founding Knight of the Company.
