
The Charter of the Lynx Argent Ladies' Court

Introduction
To all and sundry whom these presents do or may concern, this Charter hereby establishes the Ladies' Court of the Lynx Argent, an organization within our Company of the ladies, ladies-in-waiting, and courtiers representing the women of the nobility during the Middle Ages, and that the undersigned do hereby declare and affirm their membership (and, as these persons have all achieved such rank within the organization, their “Ladyship”) in accordance with the following Charter. The Ladies' Court reserves the right to amend or revise statements made herein in the event such need arises. Unless expressly stated herein to the contrary, only agreements in writing signed by an authorized officer of the Ladies' Court may be enforced against it. Therefore, let the following persons be recognized as Ladies of the Court of the Lynx Argent.

About
Lady of the Court is a rank of nobility within the Lynx Argent, representing the fine arts and domestic atmospheres of the medieval period.
Requirements for Ladies of the Court

Proper attire: Wear a full ensemble of clothing fit for a lady of high status for the era they represent.

Hold a leadership role: Regularly organize or assist with an event or class within the company through thought-leading and logistics.

Contribution to the arts: Share talent or skills or partake in the study of a trade.

Set an example: Through actions and words be of utmost character, holding themselves and others accountable for honor.

Mentorship: Seek to take on a Lady-in-waiting and mentor her growth as a Lady within the Company.

Heraldry: Must submit arms to the Company herald and may bear them on a lozenge. This may be heraldry of their own or that of their spouse or family member if applicable.

Requirements for Ladies-in-Waiting

Outward display of dedication to recreating history.

Possessing the start of soft kit and begin to understand what era and region they want to portray.

Sponsorship from a Lady of the Court.
Ceremony of elevation
When a lady-in-waiting is ready for elevation, the available Ladies of the Court will organize a small ceremony marking the occasion.
A Lady’s status is symbolized by the wearing of a special article, typically a circlet, and upon becoming a Lady, the circlet will be chosen by already established Ladies or requested by the lady-in-waiting.
A Lady may take on an eligible lady-in-waiting at any time, but it must be announced day-of to the Court.
When a Lady deems her lady-in-waiting ready for elevation, the Ladies Court must approve, and the ceremony will need to take place at a Company event.

Ladies' Roll of Arms
The Office of the Herald of the Company of the Lynx Argent does hereby grant arms to these armigerous women who, being of noble representation and status, are entitled to bear their arms within the Company, whether that be by their birthright or their marriage. Ladies of the Court are to bear their arms on a lozenge, and are not entitled to a shield, save for those who also earn their rank within the Knighthood. Therefore the following arms shall be henceforth granted:

The Arms of Olive Owens
To all and sundry whom these presents do or may concern: the Herald of Arms of the Company of the Lynx Argent, jointly with the Ladies' Court, hereby issues a Grant of Arms to Lady Olive Owens. These arms are to be borne only by Olive Owens and represent her and her alone until she forfeits her blazon or she pass it to an heir. Therefore this day of XXIV Aug MMXXIV let Arms be granted to her with the following blazon:

Gules, on a pale Sable fimbriated Argent a compass star Argent between two olive branches proper.
The Ladies' Court of the Lynx Argent does hereby recognize Olive Owens as a Founding Lady of the Court.

The Arms of Emily Walters
To all and sundry whom these presents do or may concern: the Herald of Arms of the Company of the Lynx Argent, jointly with the Ladies' Court, hereby issues a Grant of Arms to Lady Emily Walters. These arms are to be borne only by Emily Walters and represent her and her alone until she forfeits her blazon or she pass it to an heir. Therefore this day of XXIV Aug MMXXIV let Arms be granted to her with the following blazon:

Per fess embattled Or and Vert, three hammers in chief and a rose in base, counterchanged.
The Ladies' Court of the Lynx Argent does hereby recognize Emily Walters as a Founding Lady of the Court.

The Arms of Caelyn Hamilton
To all and sundry whom these presents do or may concern: the Herald of Arms of the Company of the Lynx Argent, jointly with the Ladies' Court, hereby issues a Grant of Arms to Lady Caelyn Hamilton. These arms are to be borne only by Caelyn Hamilton and represent her and her alone until she forfeits her blazon or she pass it to an heir. Therefore this day of XXIV Aug MMXXIV let Arms be granted to her with the following blazon:

Per chevron Vert and Gules, a chevronel Or between three roses Or in chief and a Santiago cross Or in base.
The Ladies' Court of the Lynx Argent does hereby recognize Caelyn Hamilton as a Founding Lady of the Court. Furthermore, the Company of the Lynx Argent jointly grants her the right to wear these arms emblazoned upon a shield, for she has also attained the rank of Knight Bachelorette within the Company.

The Arms of Jessica Carlson
To all and sundry whom these presents do or may concern: the Herald of Arms of the Company of the Lynx Argent, jointly with the Ladies' Court, hereby issues a Grant of Arms to Lady Jessica Carlson. These arms are to be borne only by Jessica Carlson and represent her and her alone until she forfeits her blazon or she pass it to an heir. Therefore this day of XXII Mar MMXXV let Arms be granted to her with the following blazon:

These arms are to be borne only by Melanie Stoops and represent her and her alone until she forfeits her blazon or she pass it to an heir. Therefore this day of XXII Mar MMXXV let Arms be granted to her with the following blazon:
