Join the Company of the Lynx Argent for a 12th Night Feast and Masquerade Ball! Christmas has passed and the hall will be warm with excellent food and music! Enjoy period dance, historical music, feasting, and revelry in the evening, following a sword & shield tournament in the afternoon.

Be assured, a multi-course feast shall be prepared and set before you, with the menu and more details coming soon! Tickets are $40 per person, on sale until January 3rd!

Our theme this year shall be a masquerade with a festive Christmastime twist this year! Come in your historical finery, or dress in a costume as a historical holiday saint or mythical character, or whatever suits your fancy.

We will have some historical dance lessons prior to the ball, and we will learn and sing some historical Christmas carols as a group. If you have a historical song or instrument to play, or a poem to recite, we encourage you to perform it during the feast!

For those among us not easily roused to anything but battle, and to keep our blood warm on a bitter January day, we will open the day's activities with a sword & shield tournament, to be fought in partial armor according to the Lynx Accords. This will be a fun opportunity to play with a slightly less common weapon set, paired with a variety of armor levels. Partial armor can mean anything from three-quarter harness, all the way down to even a fencing mask and gambeson, so kit up in a unique configuration and fight for the honor of the ladies of the gallery.
